Conditions to proceed to a return
Only items returned within 30 days of delivery, in new condition and in their original box will be accepted.
How to proceed to a return?
To return or exchange your CORAIL, click on the following link: https://returns.yayloh.com/retailer/corail and download your return label. Once the voucher has been printed, you must return your pair of CORAIL° in their original packaging, in their original condition, stick the voucher on the package and drop it off at a drop-off point (post office, Mondial Relay, depending on your label). Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange or refund depending on your choice.
Conditions to return an article
We make exchanges or refunds. If you so request and provided that you return your return to us within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition, its original box and unused, CORAIL° can refund your order or issue an exchange. In the event of a refund, we will credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item.
Online orders on the www.corail.co website cannot be returned to the store. We ask you to make your returns by following the online procedure only.

You can download your return label on the link above. If you can't download it or if you don't receive the return label, contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Get the refund / exchange
To be entitled to a refund or exchange, the products must be returned in their complete original working condition. Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original box, or whose packaging has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The processing time for a return after receipt in our warehouse is 5 working days. Provided the above return conditions are met:
- If you have requested a refund, the latter will be made within 14 days of receipt by CORAIL° of the returned item.
- Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are non refundable.
You will receive a refund/exchange notification by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.
Note: in the event of payment with a credit note, the refund will be made in credit note and cannot be refunded to the credit card used to pay for the online order.
Time to return a article
You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in their original box.
If the product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 30 clear days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) concerned to us, new and in their original bow.
