We offer free delivery to all countries that appear in the drop-down menu on the site. If your country isn't listed, we're sorry and hope to add it in the future.

Product Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in the south of France. Our warehouse is closed on French public holidays and weekends.

Dispatch time
All products are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 working hours of the order date .

In case of complaint, remember to contact our customer service within 30 days from the date of the order, after this time we will no longer be able to respond to your request concerning a lost package.
