Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are sent free of charge to the nearest collection point. If no point is accessible, they are sent directly to your home. Refunds are made upon receipt of the return. They will appear in your bank account within 3 to 10 days.

You have 30 days to return your Corail from the date of delivery. We can only take back the pairs if they are in their original condition and packaging. To be sure, we recommend that you only try on your pair indoors and only take the necessary steps to judge the size and aesthetics. If you decide to return your Corals, put them back in their original packaging and send them back to us using the return form you will have received.
